How to Order

STEP 1 :  Email us the details

(a)   Copy, paste and complete the following in your email an proceed to (b)

·         Delivery Address:

·         Mode of Payment:

·         Product code or URL:

·         Size, Quantity and Colour (if any):

·         Preferred mode of shipment (by normal mail or registered mail):

* Submission of your order indicates that you accept Moomooworld’s Terms & Conditions.

(b)   Email us at lovemoomooworld@gmail.com

We will get back to you within 1-2 working days to confirm the availability of your order and send you an Order Confirmation / Invoice.    

Our Order Confirmation / Invoice will indicate the details of the product/s to be purchased, total amount of the product/s, shipping cost (depends on the preferred shipment) and our bank details.

STEP 2 :  Payment

Upon receiving of our Order Confirmation / Invoice, please proceed with making full payment within 3 working days otherwise your Order will be cancelled.  Please send us an email with the details once payment had been made. 

Payment Options:

(a)    Via FUND TRANSFER – via ATM, Internet online banking or over-the-counter deposit)

Our account details will be included in the Order Confirmation / Invoice to you.

(b)   Via PAY PAL – not available at the moment, shall be activated soon.

* Cash/Cheque payment on delivery is NOT available for the moment.

STEP 3 : Shipping

All items will be shipped from Singapore via normal mail or registered mail.  Upon receipt of your payment, we will ship your Order on either Tuesday or Friday.  When items are shipped out, you will get an email from us confirming that it has been shipped out with the tracking number (available only for registered mail) for your reference.

Note : Shipping cost is depending on the mode of shipment, weight and dimension of the package.
